Solved Qobuz & Tidal categories not displaying all albums

We are aware of a minor issue where categories in the dedicated Qobuz and Tidal sections in Sense do not display all available albums, and we are currently investigating it.

This affects all categories, including your personal collection of albums, playlists etc.

As a workaround, you can use the Qobuz or Tidal apps directly and play via Qobuz Connect or Tidal Connect in the meantime.

Is this still been going on sorted out? I have this issue with Tidal at the moment on 3.4.2 update, Tidal only displays 40 albums yet the figure above says there are 427 albums. I have logger out and back into Tidal, resynced, and shut my Zenith Mk3 off and on, still the same. I don't think it is displaying all the tracks as well. when I go into Tidal app directly it shows all the albums.

I have both Qobuz and Tidal. Qobuz is good now but am experiencing the same as you for Tidal. Tidal is still not showing all albums

Hi,

Yes this was fixed, I can however replicate it so we'll see if theres something with our service provider.

Of course, you can just filter the main albums page to display Tidal only albums if you wish.

I only sync one of the 2 service to Sense library to reduce number of display album displayed, which is Qobuz now since that is always my preferred service. So no concern, as will continue to use the Tidal app for the library till this get resolved.
