We’ve received a few reports from users experiencing similar issues with Qobuz, where certain tracks fail to play. The affected tracks seem to be random, but once identified, they tend to consistently fail on those systems, even though they play without issue via the Qobuz app on a phone or tablet.

At the moment, this doesn’t appear to be isolated to our platform, as other brands have reported similar behaviour. It seems likely to be related to ongoing infrastructure changes on Qobuz’s side.

We’re looking into this.

I use quobuz with an Innuos zenith mk3 (with a Naim based system). Post the last firmware update anything I play from quobuz will play fine but every 2nd / 3rd song skips to next track half way through.

I have done all the turn it off / on again including logging out of quobuz but the issue persists. Albums from the drive are fine.

Any suggestions?

When you say you're using a Naim system, are you in this case using SenseUPnP? If so, that could be unrelated as SenseUPnP comes with its own set of variables.

Not sure, Zenith connected to my nd555 but I use the sense app. Either way a a fix would be useful as it’s really distracting…

It sounds like you may be using SenseUPnP. This is an experimental feature, so it can come with some limitations and instability. For the most reliable performance, i'd recommend using the direct audio output. In your case, that would be USB, as it’s the only digital output available on your system.
As you appear to be using SenseUPnP, the best step to try would be to disable and then re-enable your Naim profile, as this can sometimes help resolve connectivity or playback issues.
