Hi @Stephen Healy @DanCollier
Or others...

I was playing Qobuz,.I was about to move to another song within SmartQ and everything went silent.
The screen showed that the song played for about 10 seconds,.then it started again from the beginning, but no sound came.

Now everything works as usual again,.the songs play from beginning to end, but there is no sound.
Is it just me,.that something seems to have happened,or do other people here have the same problem.

Now everything works again 😳.

I've gone through all the cabling,.turned the DAC and amp on and off, etc.
Pulled out and plugged the USB-cable back in again between the InnuOs streamer and DAC..then it started playing again.

But that can hardly have been it,.you see what I wrote earlier how the Sense app behaved.

Don't understand anything,.and I get quite worried in the meantime.

Maybe @Stephen Healy or @DanCollier have a theory.

This sounds like a momentary disconnection from the network. Often the case that devices don’t reboot in the order you’d expect so a further reboot fixes it.

I recently had this with a brief power outage. My Zenith attempted to use DNS/DHCP before the router had fully rebooted and this failed to resolve. The wireless bridge waits a tad after the Zenith and rebooted perfectly.

When I go to play music the Zenith has decided it has no internet connection despite the wireless bridge being up and running. A quick Innuos reboot is enough for it to now use DNS/DHCP properly and all is well.

The looping of 10 seconds of the track but with no sound is what you will see when there is a problem with the output to the player (DAC). A reconnection of the USB fixed it, so it seems to be there was just some kind of initialization problem between the STATEMENT and the DAC. This could be for a few reasons, but generally a reboot of the Innuos and the DAC to restore the 'handshake' is all that is needed. This is quite rare and often quite DAC-dependent.

It happened every couple of weeks with my Pulsar to my McIntosh C55 preamp with the DA2 dac. The latest McIntosh C55 update to 1.2.25 seems to have changed the way the DA2 handles the USB interface and I haven’t had the problem since.
