Phoenix NET or Phoenix USB-reclocker

Hi,
There are other similar topics, but not excatly between these two products, so I will give it a go:

I have a ZenMini Mrk III streamer hooked up to a Holo Audio Spring 3 DAC with a LFA MZ3 Headphone amp as output. I am contemplating getting a PhoenixNET or PhoenixUSB to this system, but what will be the best match and why?

The ZenMini is the "weakest" link of the 3 elements, but all 3 work really well together and I am not considering upgrading any time soon. But having a more black background is the most important element I aim for.

I am at 90% streaming and 10% HD usage, so improving the streaming part is most important.

I would say it does not make much sense to invest heavily into a PhoenixNET or PhoenixUSB (considering their cost) when using a ZENmini, plus this would mean an additional box and more cables needed.
A stronger option would be to look at a Stream 3 paired with a PhoenixUSB lite module. The module can also be fitted later if budget is a consideration, making it a far better long-term investment compared to adding a PhoenixUSB or PhoenixNET to the ZENmini.

Alternatively, a Stream 1 with the LPSU upgrade and a PhoenixUSB Lite module would also represent a stronger option in my opinion.

It may also be worth holding off for now, as we may have some news coming in September that could make such a switch even easier.
