I have been using my Innuos for nearly a year now, and its been a delight, even signed up for a Quobuz subscription. I had an NUC Intel PC to run the sense app and created (somehow, don't know how tho) a folder for the importing of any FLACs that I had, and it worked flawlessly, adding a chosen FLAC to the Sense music Library and doing the meta data thing (notice I did not say I was technical). The NUC somehow packed up, and got the "blue screen of death", I had a new full size PC built, but could not save anything, I used my backups for the music, documents etc, BUT for the life of me I can not re create an "import folder", how do I do this?.... Oh, my innuos zen is waiting to be picked up y the dealer, as it will NOT switch on, and its not the fuses, have checked

What process are you trying to do exactly? It should just be a matter of finding your system via the network tab in Finder or File explorer on your PC or Mac, selecting the system, entering the username and password and you will then see the 3 shared folders.
