Multi album cd naming

A compilation box of all the albums of an artist consist of all the separately released albums.
So they all have separate names and separate dates of origin.
Now I have to put this in the name of every first track of every cd of the box.
Can this be adjusted?

If i understand correctly, does this basically mean you have an entire artists discography under one album? There might be a question here of how practical or useful this realistically is. Is it not preferable to have album listed with its own artwork and original year of release?
