Hi Dan,
You recently replied to my customer re her Mkii mini which wouldn't get beyond v1.3.1...
I installed this unit a few years ago but it appers my client hasn't responded to any update suggestions. I had another of these in much the same state a few months back but it did actually, very slowly, go through all 13 updates. This however tries to go to 1.3.2 and fails with error 'Failed to install python requirements. Aborting'

Can you advise. I have the unit here.

It does appear to be working but she wants to rip a bunch of classical albums and half of them don't seem to get the metadata. Are there new servers with better databases now that may be accessed with the newer firmware or is it simply that classical music is still poorly catered for in that department?

Hope you're all well, haven't spoken to Nuno for a while is he still head honcho?

All the best, have a good weekend.

Hi Steve,

For issues with customer units as a retailer, it's best to email me at support@innuos.com. If the updates aren’t completing, especially due to the outdated firmware, a remote session will be required. Please contact support, and we can schedule a time to update the unit and get it updated to 2.6.3.

PS. Nuno is still leading the charge!
