I use the Safari Web app on my Mac and the Sense 1.5 app on my iPhone and iPad. Works great.

Just tried the Sense App on my Mac (Apple Silicon). Seems to work fine as well. Slightly more screen estate used compared to the Web App (window on the left). You can however Zoom (+/-) the Web App like in any browser.

There is no specific application for Sense on Windows because it would be completely identical to just running on a browser. Anything with a browser should be able to view Sense web UI. The downloadable apps are only available for iOS, Android, and Amazon Fire only, there are no 'desktop applications'.
