Innuos Sense 3.2.0 : no more playing music

Hi everybody,
my ZENmini MK3 is simply connected to my amp via RCA outputs and since the update of v 3.2.0 I can't play my music on SSD, neither the web radios.
I uninstalled the app on both my tablet and smartphone (Android) but the issue is stil there. Here is the the info I get each time I try to play music or to stream web radios and a screenshot of my system :

Solution
I have had problems since 3.2.1 on my Zenith3 so I would wait. I can play through my Linn DSM but not able to backup which at least isn't the end of the world but when I tried to rip a cd it came up with no information at all so won't be doing that until this has been sorted out.

I performed the 3.2.1 update and...all works fine : music from the SSD and web radios are well played! :) Did not try any backup or CD ripp yet
( but I still wonder why I could acces my music before this update 3.2.1 while the 3.2.0 showed issues during 3 days and "suddenly" it changed to good)
We've detected a very rare occurrence where another UPnP device on the network, even if not played to from SenseUPnP, can cause an interference disrupting playback control. We're working on a solution ASAP.

Since yesterday evening, music can be played!
Now Sense informs me that 3.2.1 version is available. I'm quite anxious to let it be uploaded. What should I do??

Like I reported just now for (I use the Linn App to control and only use Sense to rip) me it seems that I can play ok from my Zenith3 via my Linn DSM but if I rip a cd, which it will do ok, there is no communication to the internet for any album info or sleeve picture. It will now back up to my USB device so it's just the internet information problem that is the issue at least as far as I can see.
 
Have been advised that if you turn your machine off it should be ok once it's restarted. I have done this and it does seem to have cured my problem in that I went back to my last ripped cd and it then downloaded all the track names etc.

Solution
I tried to install 3.2 and 3.2.1 several times on my ZENith MK3 and it keeps on failing after around 33%... what now?
Can you let me know your router and internet provider - do you use a 5G router? Please try pressing the front power button to begin a shutdown, then press again to boot backup and try again to initiate the update via the Sense app on a smartphone or tablet.
