Is it okay to upgrade the BBC Sounds plugin?

We can't give assurances either way on the plugins unfortunately, so might just be a leap of faith. For what it's worth, I have not heard of any reports of the plugin no longer working, so would assume it is fine.

I've added a feature request for support for 'Rewind live radio to a specific time'.
