Bbc radio stations help needed

I’m running sense 3.1.1 and I can’t get bbc radio stations to work? No sound
Also the radio paradise streams just repeat the intro over and over?
Is there a problem with v.tuner?

So did a factory reset and re installed the app and bbc still won’t work. The content at the bottom goes up to 10 secs then back to zero with no sound.@Stephen Healy?

Back to Roon then I guess for bbc radio

Solved it… bought a pulse mini!!

I can't see a reason for this behaviour - were any other LMS plugins installed, such as the old BBC Sounds one? Could be causing a conflict.

Hi Stephen, no I don’t think so . The zen mini was on 2.4 and I updated to 3.1 and expected it to work.. the sane software on my pulse mini is fine.

Out of curiosity, did you have access to the BBC Sounds platform and stations back when it was on 2.4? Because that would have needed plugins for that functionality

Hi Stephen, I don’t know as bought it used so updated it when I got it. So there maybe a chance these still exist then?? If so I’ll inform the chap who bought it from me. Let me know how these maybe disabled and I’ll pass on.

If you could share a screenshot that shows all the plugins that are active with the blue checkboxes beside them then I can take a look and see which ones are 'extra' from the standard factory defaults. I do suspect there is something there that is interfering.
