Requesting the capacity to custom tag Qobuz/TIDAL albums added to the library. Not being able to filter artist by genre, and having to rely on Qobuz' genre tagging makes browsing difficult, whilst TIDAL have none at all.

Yes please!

Qobuz tagging can be abysmal. For example an album by Antonio Carlos Jobim or a similar artist might be tagged as any number of genres, "latin", "Latin", "Latin Jazz", "Bossa Nova", "Brazil", "MBP", etc.

Consequently, Sense's Filter tool is impractical to use, since it displays nearly 100 tag/genre checkboxes, whereas to be useful it would contain 25 or fewer checkboxes, free of capitalization and other inconsistencies.

In the case of local files, on the Genre & Tags category on the Music tab it is quite easy to merge tags into one another to 'boil down' too many entries which I have done quite a few times before. But you are quite right, this does not apply to streaming services which would need to be handled differently.

Also, your point about the number of tag checkboxes is a good one, and something i discussed with our dev manager - will loop back to this over on the Classical Mode thread.

Yes indeed, but here again, adding local tags to override Qobuz ones will go a long way to solve it. By giving users control over tags, Sense can bring sanity back with a “curated” list of subgenres…
