Having just taken out a Qobuz subscription and having added a few albums to my Zen MK3 library, I thought it prudent to backup the library, made up of my own FLAC's and things from Qobuz... I do not know how. I have followed the step by step instructions on the "Backup" section, but when it says "mounting the NAS" it does not seem to. Where am I going wrong please

Hi Peter, which model of NAS do you have? I wonder if it has a privacy or administrative permission setting that is denying the Innuos. The mounting of the NAS folder should be quite a quick process, after which Sense app will direct you to 'Backup Now' to then initiate the backup process.
I have configured it, and its backing up, may take a while tho. Had to enter a name and password for it to work, must have used some wrong details before
