My Zen MK 3 is stuck in updating library loop again. Seems to come and go. Library is internal and has most recent software update.

After 5 hours I rebooted it, that was a mistake. Finally got Innuos tech and he fixed it, the fix took an hour. Not sure what all he had to fix, but it was lots of reprogramming. Not sure what caused the problem on the download. Has your finished yet?

I had some issues with the new recent OS download version 3.1.0. Had Great assistance from Daniel Collier, in sorting out the issues. Innuos is a great company that privies great customer service, many thanks to Daniel.

Now going on 2.5 hours on step 5 of 5 on install. What are my options, if this continues indefinitely?

Yes I was on the 3.0.4 version, I have a Zen MK 3.

My install has been on Step 5 of 5, updating system modules for almost an hour. Is this glitching or does the install take this much time? Appreciate any insights. Thanks.

Hi Dan I spent a lot of time in your room at Axpona and enjoyed the system very much with the Lampi 50k Dac. Subsequent to Axpona I replaced my Zen Mini/ PSU with a Zen MK 3. Love the Innuos products. Next step for me will be a Zen NG, sometime in the future.

I heard the Tambaqui with an Innuos Statement and Phoenix USB at Axpona this year a very nice combination, but a lot of money for that set up. My Zen MK 3 sounds amazing with my Denafrips T2, a very nice combination also and reasonably priced. Happy hunting. Fellow retiree here also.

Bet it kills nice chain, love the TAD CE1’s, heard them at Axpona. My chain is Zen MK 3>Denafrips Terminator 2> Sim Audio Moon 700i>Focal Sopra 2’s. Innuos is so good at Digital/Streaming. Never tire of listening to the system.
