I have just had the upgrade done. Why? My 2TB Zen Mini is only 4 years old. I had a couple of hang-ups. They were fixed via excellent remote report. They also reported that the HDD was failing. Support mentioned the upgrade to SSD and new RAM. I wasn't happy and sat on it for a while before...
