Zenith NG running Sense 3.3 with Qobuz is very slow

I'm having problems with album and song loading times on my Zenith NG using current Sense and Qobuz. Takes about 6 seconds. Innuos support tells me my internet jitter is too high at about 25 with download speed of 900Mbps and upload of 60Mbps off my fiber. How can this be? Roon is lightning fast on the NG.

Send me a ticket to Support along with your logs and a screen recording of the issue. I shall escalate it to Dev team for feedback and look for further insight into a solution for you.

Thanks for quick reply. Everything you're asking for was already provided under this ticket #40651 Innuos Support Ticket - Message Received - Sense SR: zenith-ng - 2408000051674. Let me know if you need more. The speed test I ran for them was on my wifi router. The NG is hardwired to ethernet connection.

I will add I owned your Zenith Mk3 before buying the NG and never had a problem. Same internet connection. If you need me to send more info I will be happy to provide as I like the Sense App but its almost unusable.
