@seewatch have you seen this post? Just to check how you have tried to configure the backup process. Do you have a 'RESET BACKUP CONFIGURATION' option listed on the Backup page?

I am trying to back up my files from my Zen to a USB drive. I have tried two drives, both USB 3, but the Zen keeps saying no USB drive found.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
