Update help v1.3.1

My recently acquired Zen mini mk2 came with v1.3.1. First offered update was 1.4.9. Started the process and files 1/13 and 1/12 successfully installed after router reboots. It has now been stuck on ‘Restarting’ for over 20 minutes with no apparent development.
Is this normal? Should I force quit? Reboot?

Patience was the key. Slowly working my way through the updates. Currently on 2.5.0 heading to 2.6.4

It may have just been a case of the browser/app lagging out and not refreshing to show the new changes, so if it seems like it is hanging then just do a tab refresh to make sure. Chances are, it will show you that you are further along in the update process.
