Trouble playing a file

I have just downloaded a music file from PS Audio's Octave records, it downloaded fine, but when I copied and pasted it into the Innuos import folder as usual, but the file looked wrong, it was marked as a DSF file and would NOT play. I downloaded 1 of there files a while ago, and it will not play either... Whats wrong?

Did you run the Auto Import process and find the music file in the Sense library? What was the resolution of the DSF file?

Its OK now Stephen, I have given it a wide berth now. I have just took out a Qobuz sub, so will be into that for a bit. Thanks anyway
