As a new ZEN Mini Mk3 owner, I've been using the iOS Sense app and desktop web app for 2 months now and overall am thrilled with its design and performance.
It's a bit mystifying to see that Sense's average rating in Apple's App Store is 3/5 stars. I just submitted a 5/5 rating and review. (I'd contribute a longer version here if this is the appropriate venue for such content.)
On a related note, afaik the iOS app doesn't prompt its users to submit a review, nor does it include a rating link. Maybe that explains the low ratings, at least in part?
