Roon ARC drops connection

Hello - I have an Innuos Zenith Mk.3 that is configured as a Roon core. It is currently running the latest update (3.2.4). I am trying to use Roon ARC to connect remotely via my phone and it works some of the time but it periodically drops the connection and then I have to reboot the Zenith to get the connection back. When it connects, I can access the server via both the cellular data network and over a wifi connection.

I would like to know if there is a way to remotely reboot the Zenith over WIFI when the connection to Roon Core is dropped. ALternatively, it would be even better to just have the connection work reliably.

Connecting device: iPhone 15 Pro, running ios 18.3.2
Network configuration: Verizon FIOS, using port forwarding of port 55000 to connect to the Zenith from remote locations. There is a wired network extender connecting to the FIOS router and then via an Ethernet switch to the Zenith. This works perfectly in the home.

Any advice would be appreicated.

Hi! Does you Innuos have a fixed IP adress?

The next question would be, does you router have the PORT for Roon ARC open?

You can check out the IP and PORT (even change them) inside the roon ARC app and check that it works.

My experience is that if you don't "fix" it to a static IP, it gives tones of problems.

Hope it helps!
