Player Connecting Issue

Recently I connected my Zen Mini Mk3 to my Naim ND5XS2 via coax spdif, previously only connected via ethernet, so I can choose to play either via ethernet or coax. Dan advised coax would be better and I would likely avoid some of the UPnP issues with Naim streamers. When it works via coax, it works great, nice sound. However sometimes when I open the Sense app to start a listening session, I see the PLAYER CONNECTING error and I can't select playback either via Zen Mini or over UPnP to the Naim. Switching off/ rebooting the Zen and sometimes the Naim fixes it till next time. I thought the 3.4.3 update would solve it, but the issue persists. I've tried all the suggestions related to PLAYER CONNECTING error message on the Innuos site, but without success. Anybody had this issue and got a fix? Incidentally, installing 3.4.3 was not as straightforward as normal, the Zen dis not reboot properly and disappeared from the network (as did the Naim) - rebooting both brought everything back ok. Any help appreciated.

I would suggest sending in a ticket, which we can investigate next week on our return.
