New Zen-NG hooked up won't connect?????

Hi, I just hooked up my Innuos Zen-NG. and my Ripper. The software won't launch to the set up screens?

I have all the correct connections and the Innuos app is the only one that won't launch

I pretty much got everything going I believe correctly. I attached 2 photos of the inputs if they export. Anyway figuring the connections are optimized The CD player rips have had skips and artifacts occasionally. I set the +6 setting not sure if I am missing anything?View attachment IMG_0086.jpeg
