Moving Playlists from Zen Mini Mk3 1TB to Zen Mini Mk3 2TB device

I purchased a Zen Mini Mk3 1TB unit from an authorized dealer this summer and have decided to upgrade to a 2TB version of that model.

I did a full backup of the 1TB music and playlists and went to load that onto the 2TB, I saw that I wasn't allowed to "Restore from Backup" but rather had to import all of my files from the backup drive.

Once that was completed all of my music files were intact but I was missing my playlists. I double checked to ensure that all of my playlists were part of my backup but I suspect that having to do an import, it doesn't copy over the metadata associated with them.

I was then able to export all of my music files on my playlists that were resident on my 1TB model and then imported them to the 2TB model. While I can see my "lists" listed as folders under the "Folder" area of the Sense application I don't seem to be able to get them to be part of the defined playlists within the Sense app.

If I look at the Playlists under the Folders section I see I can add them to a Sense playlist but I'd have to do a single file at a time which would be horribly time consuming.

Is there a way to do a bulk load to the Playlists within the app from the files under the Folder section?
Is it possible to "Restore from Backup" from my 1TB backup to my 2TB device?

I must be missing something basic but I feel as though I'm stuck. It's *very* important to my wife to have her various playlists and recreating them all manually would be possible, but not very efficient.

Thanks,
