Missing radio icons

Since updating my Ipad air to IpadOS 26.4 I no longer have any radio icons, only place holders. Radio icons are visible on my Samsung S24 ultra however.

This was likely a caching issue just on the iPad itself. Presumably this has resolved itself now?

I don’t think it is caching. The iOS and iPad apps have not shown radio and podcast icon since the last update. I thought you said earlier it would be fixed in the next update…

You're quite right, it is something that happened specifically only on the 26.4 update to iOS devices:

We’re aware of a minor issue affecting users on iOS 26.4, where icons from certain streaming services may not be visible, album artwork when editing albums via the Search Online tool are also missing images.
This is purely visual and does not impact performance.


We’ll share more as soon as we have more information.

I'm having the same issue. Radio stations don't show artwork on my iPhone in the Sense app (iOS 25.5). They do apprear in the webbrowser (MacOS Safari).

Hi,

Yes, the radio icons were not part of the update. They will come in the next one.

Changelog,

- Resolved an issue where playback could fail with a persistent Player Connecting message after a USB drive was removed.
- Fixed a blank or unresponsive page when viewing all albums for artists with large Qobuz catalogues.
- Corrected missing Deezer, HRA, and iDagio logos on the Streaming Services screens under recent iOS versions.
- Improved player initialisation to prevent failures caused by unresponsive devices on the network.
- DACs now display their correct product name in Audio Settings.
- The System screen now reports the version as Sense x.x.x.
