Its gone, what do I do?

I updated the Sense app, and am not sure if it was that, but a "windows pop up" is asking me for my network credentials when I click on the auto import folder I have on my desktop, and do not have a clue were to find my password and user name. I need help, as its a thing I use quite a lot.

I have the same problem since the update. I too use the auto import a lot. I entered the correct password and username in network credentials to no avail.
It looks like a conflict between the new update and the network [ Windows ? ]

Are you using these credentials:
user: guest
password: innuos
These worked for me.

I edited the log in details, and the folder is there, with no request for details
