Hi everyone!
We are looking into the further development of an 'Innuos Radio' feature, which is currently our most-voted request on the Feedback Zone:

As you can see on the link above, i have raised the following question that we would like to get everyone's feedback on as this would be very useful in directing how we develop its precise function.
To get a better understanding for the direction of this feature, it would be great to know the main motivation for using it.
At the end of a Now Playing queue or playlist, are you wanting...

1. Similar, relevant music to be played from the existing Sense library
2. To explore related but new music outside of the library, as a discovery tool
3. A bit of both from the above
4. Actually, just to play anything so that there is no silence.

It would also be great to know if you do have a connected streaming service within Sense, and if you don't and ONLY have local files then is a Random/Smart Mix enough to cover this need?

Feel free to comment on the original feature request on the Feedback Zone, or comment right here on this post in the forum.

Please make your thoughts known!

I think many Innuos owners either uses Roon or used to use Roon before Sense and got used to how the Roon "radio" function works. So for me number 3 would be what I would like to see.

This is how Roon describes the radio function.

Roon Radio is an intelligent radio feature that creates a personalized radio station based on the music currently being played. When an album or track ends, Roon Radio automatically analyzes the music and generates a playlist of similar tracks, drawing from your library and streaming services like Tidal, Qobuz.

Agree with Octaviars. I would like to see number 3. This is how I used Roon before I switched to Sense. Sense has much better sound quality and lots of other good features, but I do miss the Roon radio function for a combination of playing music I know I want to hear and discovering new music.

By the way, just upgraded to the new Zenith Next Generation. Listened to it for the first time last night and it sounds great.

Definitely #3. It would potentially remind me of music I may have forgotten I had in my library AND introduce me to music of artists I may not know of but from a similar genre.

#3 is definitely the most useful feature. It would be great to have the chance to select a preferred criteria between:
- last song, create a playlist of similar songs among compliant genres (the song rules)
- last song, create a playlist of similar authors’ songs among compliant genres (the author rules)

Agree with number 3. Maybe add option to pick radio station by genre - Jazz, Classical, Rock, Pop - to suit listener's mood. Could this apply to podcasts as well?

How do these things work( I only use Sense and Qobuz) , is it as @luca.pelliccioli suggests the 1st song or last song in a listening session the “radio” locks into? If you had multiple listening sessions per day or one session on each of several days does the curated playlist get added to, or does a new one get created every session?
