@Stephen Healy I removed this from the “official” insights thread as this requires assistance from Innuos.

I updated the NG to 3.2.1 and thought everything had gone smoothly , however afterwards I tried playing a DSD file through the system and no there is no sound.
I checked the settings and everything was as it had been prior to the update when DSD was playing happily through i2s and set to NativeDSD.

I have completed a hard power down and restart of both the ZenithNG and the DAC.
Powered back up and checked again, no sound via NativeDSD, music plays via DSD over PCM.

I wonder if the latest update overwrote the kernel update that was previously made by Innuos to my ZenithNG to enable the NativeDSD option to work?
Let me know what you want me to test.
Regards. Frank

Solution
Hi Frank, with 3.2 there was indeed a mistaken regression with the cloud patch kernel applied for you, so this will be rectified in 3.2.2. I believe you are a beta participant so you should get a prompt for this quite soon as internal beta testing has just begun on this update. Apologies for the inconvenience.
As per your testing, we've updated so that profile 6 is now the default as per the PS Audio standard.
