FW update and more issues

Another FW update that has broke my system. For the whole team to be away on a jolly to Vienna when a release lands is pretty poor in my view.

Using the sense app it no longer finds my devices (Naim) it all worked perfectly before I did the update.

I’m using a zenith mk3 and Naim system. Please advise

Hi,

I can assure you, we're not off for a jolly, this is the High End show and we've been non stop getting our listening room and all of our partners systems sounding as good as possible.

Regarding the update, it was a small hotfix and has made 0 changes related to SenseUPnP, I do not believe the update is related otherwise more users will have posted or sent in tickets.
Initial thoughts would be that it's a network related issue, check that your Innuos system and your Naim are on the same subnet otherwise they won't be able to communicate.
Of course for best results id recommend using a digital output direct from your system to the Naim.

Sorry, just frustrating - last update broke quobuz and this update means I can’t see my Naim devices. It all worked before the update and now it’s not.

My innuos zenith isnthebaerver and it’s connected to my Naim nd555 via Ethernet

I had the same on updating to 3.4.3, both Zen and Naim disappeared from my network (BT Smarthub 2), both were disconnected. After I rebooted both, simply switched power off to both and then restarted, they reappeared on the network, and have stayed today so far. It was not until I did the second reboot that I got the message that 3.4.3 was successfully installed, so maybe the usual update process did not work correctly until a second reboot was done - I don't know for sure. Alternatively, perhaps my network was slowing down or had issues during the 3.4.3 install, I don't know. I notice...

I have rebooted 3 times just in case that would help but still no joy
