I’ve received my Stream 1 and couldn’t be happier! During a moment of boredom I thought I’d hook my first ever DAC up…SMSL Sanskrit 10th as it has a display for resolution. No intention of using it to procure music, I have a Mytek Liberty 2 in use.
The SMSL sees all music as D-8 on the screen, not sure what this means …one thread suggests it’s DSD . It should be Linux kernel compatible
No bother at all, just thought it may interest? Not bored now and SMSL back in cupboard
SOLVED IT ALREADY
. Selected the SMSL in the output menu…was hoping that all USBs were Live
