@DanCollier - I have yet to receive a response from Innuous Support for this problem even though a ticket was created (reference #40372) or from a follow up email I sent. Can you please help?

BTW - I am running version 3.2.4 on a Pulse connected to a Mojo Audio Mystique Y AM via USB.
