To my knowledge Auto Import is not compatible with .rar compressed files. (However it is compatible with .zip files.) On your Mac, you need to unzip the .rar file first. Then copy the unzipped WAV file to the Auto Import folder.

You might try updating your Qobuz login password. Over the years when I've encountered similarly odd behavior (with other connected platforms, not Sense + Qobuz) sometimes resetting my password has solved the issue.
