Hi Stephen FYI the Qobuz RESYNC didn’t improve the situation. Qobuz curated standard playlists also choke or stop on shuffle until you intervene. Also so that your developers are aware, sometimes after moving on to the next track, after it chokes, the entire system freezes and nothing at all...

I have carried out your instructions and unchecked the Spotty plugin and subsequently have enjoyed 6 hours of uninterrupted volume this evening. Fingers crossed that’s the end of the volume dropping. Thank you for all of your help and let’s hope all good tomorrow.
