Yes, they fixed the problem for me and I think they also tested the system with the Mytek converter. I suggest you also contact support@innuos.com . They should help you before the official update is released. Good luck!
I have exactly the same problem with my Pulsar and Mytek Manhattan II. I have an appointment today to remotely connect with Innuos support and I hope they can fix this issue. There seems to be some bug in the new update.
