Hi Stephen when you spoke of an official Innuos response are you referring to the "Trade in Level up" programme recently announced ? If so that doesn't really address the issues being raised in this thread, or is there a further campaign due for the Statement Next Gen ?

I use Tellurium Q Black II for USB and power leads.
