For awhile now my zen ng will play fine for hours then after a break overnight or later in day when I press play no music. The counter will go to 13 seconds and start over. Pressing play next does not help. A restart restores normal function. Any ideas about why? Connected over usb to dcs...

Just happened again with a file that played last night. I had paused it to go to bed. Started it again this morning and did the 9 seconds and restart behavior. Restarted system and playing again. Forgot to check if still connected to dac before restart

I am located in Dallas Texas Central time. I usually am at work from 9 am to 3pm. with a little notice I can be off for a session if it needs to be within those times, otherwise ok outside of those times and on weekend.

Trying to re add the internal hard drive and the zen ng system sees the drive but give s error and the drive is not added and the dot stays blue instead of green. Same thing when trying to add drive to external slot.
