Drive not added during configure
I am located in Dallas Texas Central time. I usually am at work from 9 am to 3pm. with a little notice I can be off for a session if it needs to be within those times, otherwise ok outside of those times and on weekend. -

Drive not added during configure
Trying to re add the internal hard drive and the zen ng system sees the drive but give s error and the drive is not added and the dot stays blue instead of green. Same thing when trying to add drive to external slot.
