How long can you expect a hard drive to last on a Zen MK2?

Unfortunately, that isn’t possible. The drive would need to be replaced either by us or by an authorised service partner. Once replaced, we would also need to assign the correct serial number so the system is properly recognised. That said, as Stephen mentioned, this is not something we see...

Open Edit Album - "Search Online" Artwork Not Displaying on iOS 26.4

We’ve received a couple of reports and have also been able to replicate internally a minor issue. It relates to artwork not appearing when editing albums and using the search online function. This seems to only affect users who have updated to iOS 26.4.

A quick update on this. We’ll share a further update as soon as we hear more.

ZEN mk3 vs ZENith mk3 vs Pulsar

Just to clarify, the LAN port is not an audio output on our systems, its simply a means to connect another device to the network. Its a bridged set of ethernet ports. We have a detailed post on understanding SenseUPnP here -...

ZEN mk3 vs ZENith mk3 vs Pulsar

I wouldn’t personally recommend purchasing one of our systems specifically to use SenseUPnP. It’s still an experimental feature and really intended as a convenience for occasional use, rather than the optimal setup. For best performance, I’d suggest connecting one of our systems directly to the...

    SenseUPnP: Feedback Thread

Yes, this is almost certainly related to the ongoing Qobuz playback issues. In the meantime, using your product’s native app may offer improved stability. However, Qobuz playback will still likely be unreliable, as this issue is not specific to us, as mentioned in the other thread.

    Changes afoot in ROON

There should be no issues on our side. Our systems including up to date MK2 systems already include a sufficiently recent version of the required libraries, and our OpenSSL installation also meets the necessary requirements.

    In Progress Qobuz playback issue

Yes, it will be. As mentioned in my original post, we are not the only ones affected. Unfortunately, this will impact everyone.

    STREAM Series Megapost

Your dealer should be able to install their demo output board on your system for you to try, and then its just a simple change of USB port on the back to hear the difference. Also, best to leave it on for a day for the OCXO clocks to get to temp and optimal performance.

    In Progress Qobuz playback issue

We’ve heard back from Qobuz. They have identified the issue affecting certain tracks that are not playable and are currently investigating to determine the root cause and full scope. They aim to resolve this as soon as possible. Once we have more news, we'll let you know.

    In Progress Qobuz playback issue

Hi, Yes it does appear the issue is not resolved with Qobuz. I can replicate this with some albums, for example Ripples // Genesis (2007 remaster) does not play at all in Sense or Qobuz connect. We're investigating this and in communication with Qobuz. For clarity, this is not an issue...
