My recently acquired Zen mini mk2 came with v1.3.1. First offered update was 1.4.9. Started the process and files 1/13 and 1/12 successfully installed after router reboots. It has now been stuck on ‘Restarting’ for over 20 minutes with no apparent development. Is this normal? Should I force...
